Mark himself has been in the business for 30 years as one of many Sheffield Builders and has a vast experience in Domestic work and commerical work. From working on refitting the QE2 , Fittness First Suites around the country, to National Lottery funded theatre overhauls, as well preparing plans and drawings for the local Town Hall! Director Mark Howard decided to form a new seperate company aiming at the domestic sector in Sheffield with seasoned time served tradesmen in the area that have worked in different fields over the years on projects with Mark who have built and shared mutual respect for each others skill and craftmanship.
All our quotes are free and you are under no obligation and we can even do them through email where appropiate and give you a guide to the cost of certain work that you wish to have carried out.
We are flexible in our approach, and whether you wish to have just a door fitted, a re-roof, a full bespoke home built, or commerical premises modified, we can work to your requirements.
All our staff have worked in the domestic and commerical sector jointly and are full conversant with Building Regulations and Planning. Health and safety is important too and you can guarantee that all our staff will adhere to strict safe practices whilst working in your home and will be polite at all times.
We have a no nonsense approach to organising and scheduling work for you, all our staff will be on site every day until completion. We allow you to keep a 20% retainer on all work carried out for a period of three months after completion to ensure you are fully satisfied with the work and to rectify any snagging that could appear or become apparent after completion, such as cracking in plaster or brickwork due to settlement for example.
We offer a fair price based on Genuine rates for the Sheffield area and we guarantee that not only are we fully competent in carrying out the work, but also that we we will never knowingly be outpriced and you will be getting exactly what you pay for.
We work with the customer to give the customer exactly what they want and can provide a full service where we will sort of any legal requirements such as building regulations and Planning permission on your behalf if necessary. We can also provide a Architectual drawing service with our 2 Designers and Architect that we use for most of our projects.
